📅 How to manage bookings

This page explains how bookings are received, assigned, and tracked in myCloudTaxi.

📲 Receiving requests

Booking requests (immediate or scheduled) are sent directly to the company or driver app.

They can be:

  • Accepted by a driver

  • Assigned by the company

  • Scheduled for later

👉 Once accepted, the booking is automatically added to the schedule.

 

🗓️ Tracking in the schedule

Confirmed bookings appear in the driver’s schedule.

This schedule allows you to:

  • Organize your day or week

  • View upcoming missions

  • Prepare for pickups

 

Automatic reminders

Before the scheduled time:

  • The driver receives a reminder notification

  • They can anticipate their trip

  • It helps avoid delays or missed bookings

👉 These reminders are automatically generated by the system.

 

🛒 The role of “Marketplace” (Auctions)

The marketplace includes only bookings that have not yet been accepted.

This includes:

  • Requests waiting to be assigned

  • Trips not taken by the assigned drivers

  • Missions available to other drivers

👉 Once accepted, the booking disappears from the marketplace and is added to the driver’s schedule.
