📅 How do scheduled bookings work?

This page explains how to plan trips in advance and manage future bookings in myCloudTaxi.

📲 Bookings made by customers

Passengers can schedule a trip in advance via the 1001TAXIS app.

When a customer books:

  • The request is sent directly to their favorite driver

  • The driver receives the booking

  • They can accept or decline it

  • Once accepted, the trip is automatically added to their schedule

👉 This system helps organize future trips and ensures guaranteed service.

 

🚖 Bookings created by the driver

Drivers can also schedule trips themselves for a future date and time.

They can:

  • Create a scheduled trip

  • Add it to their own schedule

  • Assign it to another driver within their company

👉 This is useful for phone bookings, recurring contracts, or corporate reservations.

 

👥 Sharing with driver groups

A scheduled trip can also be shared with one or more driver groups created in myCloudTaxi.

This allows you to:

  • Quickly find an available driver

  • Ensure service continuity

  • Avoid losing a booking if unavailable

👉 A group member can accept the mission and add it to their schedule.
