🚀 Major new features

SOS button connected to the taximeter

The SOS button in the app now directly triggers the SOS mode on your taximeter via Bluetooth (BLE). Enhanced safety, in a single tap.

Full payment method management in BLE

Payment methods are now visible in the ticket view in BLE and reported in the back-office in the details of each trip. You can also choose whether or not to print payment methods on the ticket.

Negotiated flat rate for Luxembourg

Negotiated flat rate management is now available for trips in Luxembourg.

Address printing on ticket (BLE)

BLE users can now disable address printing on tickets directly from the Taximeter menu, regardless of their plan.

Live Activity

A new section is now available: Live Activity. It includes visual statistics (pie chart), activity report export, and activity logs for dispatchers.

Automatic trip assignment (single-driver company)

If your company has only one driver, their taximeter trips are now automatically assigned to them — no manual action required.

Online Help Center

A complete help center is now available at: knowledge.mycloudtaxi.com

New Booker with manual dispatch

The Booker features a completely redesigned interface, with the ability to manually dispatch a trip directly from within it.

Driver code automatically applied in BLE

In BLE mode, the driver code is now automatically applied and trips are assigned to the driver connected to the app — even if the option is not enabled on the taximeter.

✨ Improvements

  • Network icon: the GPS/GPRS icon has been replaced by a clearer 4G icon.
  • Profile picture: you can now update your photo directly from the "My Information" page.
  • Display permissions: the discount, toll, and tip fields now have configurable display permissions.
  • Mission entry: it is now possible to enter a mission even when the status is "busy".
  • Account termination: only the account owner can terminate it. Vehicles and drivers are automatically archived.
  • Invoice pre-fill: passenger first and last name fields are pre-filled when generating an invoice.
  • Trip route: optimized route display with a connecting line between the end of one trip and the start of the next.

🔧 Reliability & stability

This version includes numerous fixes to the myCloudTaxi app and the 1001TAXiS passenger app, particularly around trip booking, ticket management, driver profile display, and the login process. All of these adjustments contribute to a smoother and more reliable everyday experience.
