📊 Statistics in the myCloudTaxi app: identifying the driver on the taximeter

The statistics displayed in the myCloudTaxi app are generated from your taximeter data.

To ensure that your activity is correctly assigned to your profile, you must be identified as the driver on the taximeter.

How do I identify myself on the taximeter?

Depending on your installation, several methods are available:

1. Using your driver code

Enter your driver code on the taximeter at the start of your shift.

2. Via Bluetooth

When the myCloudTaxi app is connected to the taximeter via Bluetooth, you are identified automatically.

3. Using your driver card

If your installation has a card reader, hold your driver card in front of the reader to identify yourself.

Good to know

You can assign or change the driver for a trip from your myCloudTaxi account. The trip will then be included in that driver’s statistics.
