If the booking comes from:

  • A hotel

  • A company

  • A partner

👉 The requester is informed that you are unavailable and can submit a new request later.

 

🔁 Request via 1001TAXIS / InterTaxi (active flow)

If you have activated the InterTaxi flow:

  • 👥 The trip is first offered to your driver groups

  • 🌐 If no one is available, it is then offered to the InterTaxi network

👉 This ensures service continuity for the customer.

 

👉 The system automatically adapts to avoid losing requests when you are unavailable.
