🧾 Trip receipt customization

This page explains who can customize the trip receipt and how to adapt its content to enhance your company image and the services offered to your customers.

👤 Who can customize the receipt?

Trip receipt customization is available to Owner and Manager profiles only.

It is configured from the My Company Receipt web interface, accessible via:

💻 app.mycloudtaxi.com

This feature is available only with the following equipment:

  • Connected REVOLUTION+ taximeters equipped with a Power Print 2.0 printer

👉 Not available on Primus 2.0 and Revolution taximeters equipped with ATA CONNECT+, however customization can be handled by your installer.

 

⚙️ Available customization options

From the My Company Receipt section, the Owner can:

🖼️ Modify header and footer images

🔤 Change the text font to improve readability

The receipt is dynamic: each driver can preview the final result before printing.

⚠️ Note: any update replaces the previously configured data set by the ACC.

 

📱 Add QR codes to the receipt

The Owner can also enable advanced connectivity features.

Drivers can be allowed to:

📲 Display the 1001TAXIS QR code to encourage customer loyalty and bookings

🧾 Display an invoice QR code to simplify digital invoicing

 

🔗 Where to enable QR codes?

Activation is done from:

📱 myCloudTaxi Driver App → MY TAXIMETER menu

These features require:

👉 a Power Print 2.0 printer
