❓ How do I certify my account and upload my documents?

👉 Certifying your account is essential to access partner missions (Intertaxi, etc.) and ensure your activity is compliant.

 

🚀 Access certification

  • Log in to your myCloudTaxi account

  • Click the “Get Certified” button at the top of your screen

  • A window will open with the required items to complete

 

📄 Upload your documents

🛡️ 1. Liability insurance

  • Click on “View document”

  • Upload your document (insurance certificate)

  • Your document will be marked as under review

👉 ⏱️ Validation usually takes up to 5 business days

 

👤 2. Driver certification

  • Click on “Certify a driver”

  • Upload the required documents (professional driver card, etc.)

Track the status:

  • 🟢 Certified

  • 🔴 Not certified

  • 🟠 Under review

 

🚖 3. Vehicle certification

  • Click on “Certify a vehicle”

  • Upload the vehicle documents

  • Check the compliance status

 

Requirements to receive trips

👉 To access partner missions:

  • The driver must be certified

  • The vehicle must be certified

  • All documents must be validated
