🚖 About adding a vehicle

myCloudTaxi is designed to support drivers and operators in managing their vehicles.

When you register, creating your account requires adding your first Taxi vehicle.

Additional vehicles can then be added from the My Vehicles menu.

📍 Where to add a vehicle?

To add a new vehicle:

• Log in to your account via 💻 app.mycloudtaxi.com

• Open the side menu

• Click on Management → My Vehicles

• At the top of the list, select ➕ “Add a new vehicle”

👉 When adding an additional vehicle, you do not need to provide payment information.

👉 The FREE plan does not require any payment details.

👤 Who can add a vehicle?

Adding a vehicle is restricted to profiles with the appropriate permissions.

Only the following profiles can perform this action:

• 👑 Owner

• 🛠️ Manager

📋 Required information

When creating a vehicle, the following information is required:

• Transport type: Taxi, LOTI, or Ambulance

• License plate number

• Brand

• Model

• Color

• Number of available seats

🚖 For Taxi vehicles only:

• ADS municipality (required)

• ADS license number (required)

ℹ️ Good to know

• Some information can be modified later from the vehicle profile

• A complete configuration ensures better trip management and regulatory compliance

• The first vehicle is required to activate your account
