👥 How to modify the composition of a driver group
Modifying a group’s composition allows you to add or remove drivers from an existing group in order to better organize your operations in myCloudTaxi.
⚙️ How to access a driver group
To modify a group:
🌐 Log in to your private myCloudTaxi account via the website.
📊 Go to the Activity section.
👥 Click on Driver Groups.
🔎 Select the group you want to modify.
You can then add or remove drivers from this group.
➖ Remove a driver from a group
To remove a driver:
📋 In the group’s driver list, locate the relevant driver.
⋯ In the Action column, click on the three dots.
🗑️ Click on Remove.
The driver will then be removed from the group.
⚠️ Note: the group owner (administrator) cannot be removed from the group.
➕ Add a driver to a group
To add a driver:
➕ Click on New or the + button.
👤 Select a driver already registered in your company.
You can also:
✉️ Invite a new driver by email to add them to the group.
