👥 User Profiles and Roles

myCloudTaxi adapts to all operating models through several profiles: Owner, Manager, Employee, and Tenant. Each role has specific permissions to manage operations, vehicles, and trips according to business needs. The Owner profile, assigned at registration, provides full access and allows you to create or modify other profiles at any time.

🧭 A solution designed for all business models

myCloudTaxi is designed to support all types of taxi operations: independent drivers, small businesses, fleets, multi-vehicle companies, or rental operators.

Each user can configure the platform according to their organization, responsibilities, and workflow.

Available profiles include:

  • Owner

  • Manager

  • Employee

  • Tenant

When you register, after entering your company details, personal information, and first taxi vehicle, the Owner profile is automatically assigned.

 

👑 Owner profile

The Owner profile has full access to all myCloudTaxi features.

It allows you to:

  • View all company trips

  • Customize trip receipts

  • Manage and archive vehicles

  • Manage and archive drivers

  • Create and track trips

  • Access mission history

  • View invoices and documents

  • Watch trip videos for vehicles equipped with ATA dashcams

👉 This is the main administrator role of the company.

 

🧩 Collaborator profiles

🛠️ Manager profile

The Manager profile is an intermediate role designed for users responsible for administration or operations.

It allows you to:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks

  • Monitor driver activity

  • Manage and archive vehicles

  • Organize daily operations

  • Manage and archive drivers

Restrictions:

  • Limited access to certain sensitive features

👉 Ideal for operations managers or administrative staff.

 

🚖 Employee profile

The Employee profile is the most restricted and typically corresponds to employed drivers.

How it works:

  • Drivers receive trips via the Booker (web) or partner systems

  • They execute assigned missions

Restrictions:

  • Cannot refuse assigned trips

  • Limited access to company data

  • No administrative features

👉 This profile ensures a simple and secure framework for employed drivers.

 

🔑 Tenant profile

The Tenant profile is particularly suited for companies renting taxi licenses or equipment.

Specific features:

  • Tenants appear on the dashboard map

  • Ability to track vehicle activity

  • Ability to remotely block the taximeter if needed

Confidentiality:

👉 Tenant trip data is not accessible to other company profiles.

👉 This profile enables clear and independent management of tenant drivers.

 

⚙️ Profile management

The Owner can:

  • Create new user accounts

  • Modify roles and permissions

  • Disable access

  • Adjust profiles as the organization evolves

All these actions are available from the myCloudTaxi interface.
