🚀 Major new features

New unified passenger interface

Personal, professional and 1001TAXiS passengers are now brought together in a single, redesigned interface. The Booker now allows you to select and assign a trip to any type of passenger.

Minimum booking time reduced to 15 minutes

It is now possible to book a trip as little as 15 minutes before departure, down from 30 minutes. More flexibility for your customers.

New tenant driver system

A dedicated system for drivers in a rental situation is now in place, for management better suited to this status.

Card and badge management (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain)

Drivers with a card or badge are no longer created automatically. The card number must be added manually to an existing or new driver. Numbers are unique per driver. Important for users in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

IBAN / BIC on company invoices

IBAN, BIC and bank fields are now available in the "My Company" profile and will appear on invoices issued by the company.

Trip / mission matching (Taximeter V26)

A new column in the lists and a display in the trip and mission details make it easy to link a trip to its corresponding mission.

Partner revenue

The revenue generated by each partner is now displayed directly in the partner list, based on taximeter trips assigned to their passengers.

Interior and exterior video fix

Videos are no longer reversed, SOS videos are correctly uploaded, and video sharing has been repaired.

1001TAXiS complaints page

The complaints page is back, with consistent functionality between the passenger app and the back-office.

Transport types adapted by country

The list of available transport types now depends on the country (in Spain, VTC and LOTI are not available).

Enhanced GPS Trip Tracking

GPS tracking has been enhanced to provide more accurate vehicle route monitoring based on the taximeter status. You can now track one or multiple trips and display them directly on an interactive map.

  • Universal QR code: a single QR code allows downloading the app on any phone.
  • My Partners: new dedicated section in the app.
  • My Sign: new section available in the app.
  • Mission comments: a comment field is available in the Booker and will progressively appear in the driver app.
  • Ticket duplicate: passenger information is pre-filled in the duplicate form.
  • Driver stats: the simplified statistics panel is now available on the driver profile in the back-office.
  • Invoice comments: comments added to invoices are now fully functional.
  • Manual trip date and time: manual trips now display the correct date and time on invoices.
  • PRM: the PRM criterion has been moved to the vehicle type for greater clarity.
  • General menu: the navigation menu has been reorganised for better logic.
  • Plan change: switching plans is now available directly from the app (via IBAN, no credit card required).
  • Driver schedule: 1001TAXiS booked trips now appear correctly in the driver schedule.
  • Rooftop sign light: improved management depending on the taximeter version.

🔧 Reliability & stability

This version brings numerous fixes across the entire platform — driver app, back-office and 1001TAXiS passenger app — as well as a significant technical update to internal components. All of this contributes to a more stable and efficient experience.
