⏱️ What happens if I’m not available when I receive a 1001TAXIS trip?

If you are unable to handle a trip, a service continuity mechanism automatically offers the request to other drivers to ensure the passenger is picked up.

🚖 Immediate trips

For instant requests:

  • If you have enabled INTERTAXI trip reception

  • Your trips are automatically eligible for service continuity

  • There is no per-trip sharing option

👉 If you cannot take the trip, it is automatically offered to drivers in the INTERTAXI network.

 

📅 Scheduled trips

For advance bookings:

  • You must decline the trip if you know you cannot handle it

  • This indicates your unavailability

👉 The trip is then offered to INTERTAXI drivers to ensure service continuity

👉 You can also choose to offer the trip to your own driver group

 

📡 How INTERTAXI sharing works

When you enable INTERTAXI trip reception:

🔁 Service continuity is automatic

❌ No manual activation per trip

🚖 Only trips you cannot fulfill are redistributed

👉 This system ensures that no customer request is left unanswered.

⚠️ To participate in the INTERTAXI network, the driver must be certified.
