🚖 Vehicle Certification

To fully enable trip reception (INTERTAXI, and other partner flows), the vehicle assigned to the driver must also be certified. This certification ensures that the vehicle account complies with taxi regulations and is suitable for transporting passengers safely and with a high level of service quality.

📄 Required vehicle documents

The following documents must be provided:

  • Vehicle registration certificate

  • Taxi license (ADS) or operating permit

  • Insurance certificate covering paid passenger transport

  • Valid technical inspection certificate

Additional documents may be required depending on the situation.

Vehicle certification allows you to:

✔ Ensure regulatory compliance

✔ Guarantee passenger safety

✔ Maintain the quality of the myCloudTaxi network

✔ Meet partner platform requirements

✔ Prevent fraud and misuse

 

📤 Submitting documents

As with driver certification, vehicle documents can be submitted via:

  • The web interface: app.mycloudtaxi.com

  • The vehicle profile

  • The myCloudTaxi mobile apps

 

ℹ️ Good to know

  • A non-certified vehicle may prevent activation of certain trip flows

  • Certification must be kept up to date (technical inspection, insurance, etc.)

  • If a document expires, access to trips may be suspended
