🫆 Driver Certification

Driver account certification is a required step to enable the reception of trips from business providers such as Le.taxi or INTERTAXI.

🎯 What is certification used for?

Certification allows you to activate trip requests from external sources such as:

  • the national registry Le.taxi

  • INTERTAXI

  • other current or upcoming partner integrations

To receive these trips, both drivers and vehicles must be certified.

👉 Certification is optional, but it becomes essential if you want to activate the Le.taxi flow and allow your drivers to receive these requests directly in the myCloudTaxi app.

 

📄 Required documents for certification

Driver requirements:

  • A valid ID document

  • A valid driver’s license

  • A professional taxi driver card

  • A professional insurance certificate

Additional documents may be required depending on the situation.

 

📤 How to submit documents

Documents can be submitted directly through myCloudTaxi tools:

  • The web interface: app.mycloudtaxi.com

  • The driver profile

  • The vehicle profile

  • The myCloudTaxi mobile apps

Once submitted, documents are reviewed by our team.

⏱️ Certification requests are processed on business days.

 

🔍 Certification tracking

You can track your certification status at any time from your myCloudTaxi account.

It is also possible to update your documents if needed (expiration, changes, etc.).

  • Without certification, access to Le.taxi and partner flows may be limited or unavailable

  • Certification validity depends on the validity of the submitted documents

  • Keeping your documents up to date ensures uninterrupted trip reception
