📦 Archive a vehicle
Archiving a vehicle allows you to remove a taxi from your active fleet while keeping its information in your myCloudTaxi account. An archived vehicle remains accessible in your private space but will no longer appear in the list of vehicles that drivers can select.
⚙️ How to archive a vehicle
To archive a vehicle:
🌐 Log in to your myCloudTaxi account via the website
🚕 Go to the My Vehicles section
🔎 Select the vehicle you want to archive
📦 Click on Archive vehicle
The vehicle is then removed from your active fleet.
ℹ️ What happens when a vehicle is archived?
When you archive a vehicle:
👁️ The vehicle remains visible in your private account
🚫 It no longer appears in the list of selectable vehicles for drivers
🗂️ Its information and history are preserved

Archiving can be useful when:
