👤 Add a driver
This page explains who can create a driver account and how to add a driver to your myCloudTaxi organization.
🔐 Who can add a driver?
Creating a new driver is restricted to profiles with the appropriate permissions.
Only the following profiles can add a driver:

➕ How to add a driver
To add a new driver:

Go to the My Drivers page

Click on the “New Driver” button located above the table

Enter the required information

Confirm the creation
⚙️ Available options during creation
When adding a driver, the Owner or Manager can:

Define the driver’s profile (Employee, Tenant, etc.)

Manage access to the web platform app.mycloudtaxi.com

Enable access to driver applications

Set login credentials
-
Assign a password
👉 These settings allow you to precisely adapt permissions to the driver’s role within the company.
✉️ Driver account validation
Once the driver is created, a validation email is automatically sent.
This email contains a link to complete the registration process.
By clicking on this link, the driver can:

Accept the Terms and Conditions

Accept the Privacy Policy

Activate their account
The link redirects to: 💻 app.mycloudtaxi.com
🔒 Access and confidentiality
By default, an employee driver:

Has access only to their own trip data
-
Can view information related to their activity
-
Cannot see other drivers’ data
Additional permissions can be granted by the Owner if needed.
🛡️ Account security
To ensure security, it is strongly recommended that invited drivers:
